  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in date
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in date
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows

Tours & Activities

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 5 or more days before scheduled date
  • 75% Refund: Cancellations made 3-4 days before scheduled date
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 1-2 days before scheduled date
  • No Refund: Same-day cancellations or no-shows

Vehicle Rentals & Car Services

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 3 or more days before pickup date
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 1-2 days before pickup date
  • No Refund: Same-day cancellations or no-shows

Weather and Force Majeure

If tours or activities must be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control:

  • We will offer rescheduling at no additional cost
